One of the most important things you can do as an LFW stakeholder is to encourage prospects to apply for upcoming programs. Currently, LFW is accepting applications for LeadingEdge2019, a leadership development program designed for emerging leaders (typically in their mid-20’s to age 40) who want to:
- Develop leadership skills that can improve their performance in both business and community roles;
- Learn about Fort Worth’s history and culture from established community leaders;
- Expand their network to include a diverse set of community-focused professionals; and
- Move beyond volunteerism into board service through our Board Shadow program.
