As with every Thursday, we will be closed on Thanksgiving. The Market will be open regular business hours the week leading up to the holiday, and the weekend after.

What is your history at the Market? : I started working at the Market when I was in high school. I continue to work for various vendors until I bought my own stand in 2011.
What do you feel is the West Side Market’s role in Ohio City and the city of Cleveland? : I feel the Market is a staple in Cleveland's food scene. It not only provides quality food for Cleveland restaurants, it represents a key piece of Cleveland history. The West Side Market is home to many memories and experiences of Cleveland’s residents.
What is the most unique/special thing about the Market to you? : The most unique thing about the Market is that we have so many different business owners, families, and cultures working together under one roof. We all have different ideas and styles, but we make it work.
What is most unique about your stand? : My stand is unique because we are young and primarily female owned and operated. We have been a butcher shop since 2011 and have had one male employee. (He is with us currently and he is awesome!) We pride ourselves on providing a fresh product in a positive shopping experience.
What is your favorite part about your career as a Market vendor? : My favorite part about being a market vendor is that every day is different. With over 1 million people coming to the doors every year, you never know who you’re going to encounter next. I start every day with an open mind and a cup of tea and just see where it goes from there.
