The Murray Hong Kong, a Niccolo Hotel: historic character in a modern building

The 25-story modern tower was a prominent government building in the 1960s, and its former office spaces now make up 336 elegant rooms designed by Foster + Partners.
At a minimum of 46m2, the Murray’s rooms are chic, bright and airy, using non-jarring earthy tones and luxury fabrics. Rooms include all what we expect from a luxury hotel,I specially loved the full-height windows and the amazing Calcutta marble bathrooms and their egg-shaped claw-foot tub.

If you want fine dining with magnificent city views, or a perch to relax and chill out as the sun goes down, Popinjays rooftop restaurant in Central is the place to head. Unique in Hong Kong!
The main dining room is light and airy. The stylish interior seats 114 diners, with 14 in the private dining area, known as The Aviary.
Guo Fu Lou is the ultimate destination for exquisite Cantonese cuisine with a light and modern ambiance. With its seamless service, contemporary interiors and outdoor terrace, truly loved it very much.

Wellness at The Murray offers a range of massage treatments and beauty rituals at the spa. 3 single plus two couple treatment suites, each with its own private steam or sauna facility. Products by Grown Alchemist and Kerstin Florian. I enjoyed a fabulous facial

St. Gregory Spa at Pickering, Singapore

The Spa is located by the dramatic, cascading gardens, bird-cage cabanas right on the infinity pool with awesome view, and a striking design evocative of terraced paddy fields. I enjoyed a lovely massage!
The hotel is the work of local architecture firm WohaRooms are light, crisp and contemporary, with natural wood and soothing green hues, high ceilings and heavenly mattresses. I will definitely be soon back!

The Balé Phnom Penh: zen-inducing resort at the Cambodian capital

The Balé Phnom Penh is a unique hotel, with a fabulous architecture, starting with the dramatic corridor, passing a serene Buddha and along a pink palimanan sandstone walkway across a black-bottomed infinity pond. Around the property are lemongrass and spider lilies, fragrant frangipani trees and vivid-green Lee Kuan Yew plants. The Balé Phnom Penh is the perfect place to visit the Cambodian capital and have a real resort-vacation.

The 18 large and elegant suites, showcase the best of modern Asian architecture and design. Décor features high-end furniture, sumptuous bathrooms and all the resort stands on the banks of the majestic Mekong River, with breathtaking views across the dazzling waters.

Theato Restaurant is definitiely to me a new gourmet destination: yummy Khmer cuisine with a fine dining swing. I enjoyed each and every meal and as well a Khemer cooking class.
Weekends is always full by locals to enjoy a slow breakfasts!

The hotel organised for me a bike tour to Silk Island: a memorable morning bike touring the quiet back roads of the Silk Islands, yet peacefully isolated from the bustle of the city. Along the way I visited local communities, village industries and farmlands to witness day-to-day life in the Cambodian countryside. Really a must-do!
