Join the SLS Bargaining Agency!

On October 4, 2018 the Strata Leaseholders Society was incorporated under the Societies Act. Since then, over 35% of all leaseholders have joined. While this is a great start, our intention is to sign up a majority of owners. Read on to see how you can help us reach our goal.

If I haven't joined yet, how do I do so?

To join the agency, print, sign and send page 9 of the Agency Agreement to replan@falsecreeksouth.org or give it directly to your SLS delegate.

When do I need to join by?

As soon as you can! We're calling for a meeting with the new Mayor and we need to be able to show strength in numbers.

I've joined! How can I help recruit more members?

If you're already a member, thank you for your support! You can help build membership by talking to your friends and neighbours about the benefits of joining the bargaining agency (like shared legal fees and power in numbers) and encourage them to submit their agreements sooner rather than later.

You can even talk to your SLS delegate about holding an information session at your enclave!

Let's work together to negotiate fair lease renewal for False Creek South leaseholders.
