I attended a workshop called “Write Here, Write Now,” in the company of a small group of fiction, non-fiction, and poetry authors. A facilitator trained in the “Amherst Writers & Artists Method” led us through a day of spontaneous writing, drawing, and meditation. The central tenets of the AWA Method are that everyone who writes is a writer, and that positive feedback helps writers improve.
I wrote a little bit more about this experience on wordpress: The Comparison Gap.

Serial Update
Five episodes of The Lost Fleet have been released, following the adventures of four high school students to the moon and beyond after they discover ancient spaceships buried on Earth. Their new alien friends teach them about spaceflight and how to be responsible tourists on other planets.
These episodes will continue to be available individually. They'll also be released as a collection later this year.

Book Transformation
The story formerly known as “Edge of Mind” has transformed from ongoing serial to book form, and will no longer be available as individual episodes.
The tale of fighter pilots in frontier space, learning to work together while they mount a defense of their fragile terraformed planet, will be released as a complete story named for the point-of-view character: Saryn of Elisia.
