2018 OPMA Member Survey
The OPMA would like to invite you to participate in a member satisfaction survey designed to gain your thoughts and opinions in order to help shape the future of the OPMA. The OPMA is developing a strategic plan to guide our Association over the next three years and the input of OPMA members is vital in this planning process. We value your time and appreciate that you are busy, however, this short survey will only take 10-15 minutes to complete.
Those who complete the survey will be entered in a draw to win a free foursome golf package for the OPMA's 2019 Golf Tournament at the Lionhead Golf and Country Club. In order to be entered in the draw, we require that you enter your email address at the end of the survey. It will be used for the sole purpose of determining the prize winner which will be selected at random.
