Hello <<First Name>>
Art Beneath the Autumn Sky
We had a night to remember! Our library was transformed by our dedicated volunteers into an autumn themed wonderland. A wonderful evening was enjoyed by our guests!
Almost $8,000 raised for the library
103 people attended
66 silent auction donors
29 volunteers
23 artists
18 cash and in-kind sponsors including Electrical Contacts Ltd., Garcia & Donnelly, Hanover Holidays, J.P. Engineering and Smitty's
10 gift baskets auctioned off
4 musicians entertained us
1 happy library
Our guests enjoyed the excellent food, paired with beer from MacLean’s Ales and wines and cider from Georgian Hills Vineyards. Members of the Saugeen Artists Guild and 4 musicians entertained the crowd with their talents. Generous donors provided 10 beautiful baskets of goodies for our silent auction, and MPP Bill Walker auctioned off three high value items. Local vendors helped us keep the costs down by donating or discounting food and decor.
"This gala was a wonderful evening of friendship and culture. A huge thank you to the hard working volunteers, generous donors and all the people who supported the library through this event"
-Agnes Rivers-Moore, CEO/Chief Librarian
