Succulent Pumpkin Centerpieces

I'm not much of a DIY person, so I appreciate easy projects that look amazing and impressive.  If you still have your uncarved Halloween pumpkins around,  you can recycle them into great Thanksgiving or harvest centerpieces. Here's a link to one of the sites that tells you how to do just that. And if this is more work than you want, I've also resorted to writing on them with a marker, with words like THANKS and GRATITUDE.

Gratitude for my Partners

This encore career of mine in real estate is a true calling of service, and I love what I do to help you buy a home, sell a home, invest in real estate, or help those to whom you refer me.  If we've done business together, you know that I don't do it alone. I'm taking this month to say thank you to my partners who help you realize your real estate goals.  I hope you'll consider working with them when next you need expertise in their field. Links to their sites are included here.

Lenders:
The key to purchasing a home is either having the cash to buy or having a fabulous lender in your corner.  When we don't have the former, I refer my clients to local lenders I know and trust. First up is CLS Financial, owned by Tony and Wendee Close. When it comes to attention and service, the CLS team is on it. They also keep relationships for years, remembering clients at the holidays and other occasions, long after the loan has closed.  Jenny Van, currently with Caliber Home Loans is another lender with whom I work frequently.  Jenny has great technical knowledge for those tricky transactions, and is wonderfully hands on.

Insurance Agents:
Everyone needs insurance, and it's great to have a knowledgeable, service oriented agent on your side.  I work with Andrea Webster at Farmers Insurance, and with Gene Beckenhaupt at Neighbors Plus Insurance Services.  They are both very service focused, and will help with your inquiries, as well as your insurance needs, whether for home, car, boat or other.

TC, Title, Home Warranty, Natural Hazard Disclosures, Escrow:
There are so many moving parts and areas in real estate that are vital, but often invisible to the client.  If you've worked an escrow with me, you know my Transaction Coordinator, Kristen Fish. She keeps everything on track, assures we have all the required documents signed. I don't do transactions without her. Title orders are usually placed with First American or Old Republic, home warranties through First American or Old Republic, and NHD reports through First American.

Family:
Well, not anyone to whom I am going to refer you, but I want to thank my husband, Cameron, for his support of my work.  As you know, I am with you at all hours, any day of the week, on the computer, getting documents done, making sure you have what you need, when it's needed.  I appreciate his patience and assistance as I work to help you. He'll pick up my Open House signs, and he's always at the client events, so please let him know he's appreciated, too, next time you see him.

Mostly, I appreciate the opportunity YOU give me to help you realize your real estate goals, to get you and your family where you need to be here. I'm your Realtor for life, and I am always in gratitude for that opportunity.
