Dear Members and Friends of TNSA:
October was a busy month at TNSA. There were several Thompson Temple building repair issues which needed attention. In addition, our kitchen is getting a much needed overhaul, thanks to the kitchen cabinets and three bay sink, donated by Pastor John Midura and Dan Frank.
Please mark your calendars for our Winter Solstice Event on Thursday, December 20th at 6 PM . Gallery readings will be given after the service. More information to follow in the weeks ahead.
Education
There are still open spaces for students in the Spiritual Core Online term, which begins in January 2019. Visit http://tabor-thompson-institute.org for more information.
Thompson Temple Council
TNSA members and members of the community who wish to participate and assist Pastor John in volunteering for tasks needed to operate the Thompson Temple, please contact him if you wish to participate on the Temple’s council. Workshop and Class Presenters
Anyone wishing to present a fundraising workshop or class at TNSA’s Thompson Temple must complete the form available in Wheeler Hall near the office or send us an email request for the form.
Wheeler Hall Rental
Anyone wishing to rent Thompson Temple’s Wheeler Hall for personal or private organization use must send a formal request to the TNSA National Secretary, Rev. Wendy Torres. The request must include the nature of the building use.
Christian Spiritualist Service at TNSA
Over the years we have had several individuals inquire about a service for members and those in the region interested in a Christian Spiritualist Service. Since our denomination was founded on open and inclusionary beliefs, it is fitting to have a separate service keeping with early Spiritualist traditions and welcome our sisters and brothers who believe in Jesus, a master healer and medium.
The separate service will be held the first Sunday of every month at 2 PM at TNSA’s Thompson Temple.
