Last winter I spent a few months in Costa Rica, living at the Tropical Regeneration headquarters where I deeply connected with Jean & Alan, the founders of this beautiful permaculture project. Alan has managed numerous permaculture farms throughout Central and South America, and Jean brings her practicality, plant knowledge and joyful fairy spirit to this dynamic duo. They are incredible people with a beautiful vision for creating a New Earth. Their actions speak louder than words and being in their presence will be sure to transform you in some way.

My heart was blasted wide open having spent time with this love-centred couple, where I learned so much about regenerating our Earth and growing food for our future generations. I really believe that permaculture is a powerful way of being and living in harmony with the Earth. If we could all integrate some of these practices, the world would definitely operate much more sustainably.

I invite you to step out of your comfort zone, and embark on an adventure that will be sure to change your life in a really beautiful loving way. 

We will be sharing yoga, healthy plant-based meals, sound healing, cacao ceremony, and various practical workshops to show you how to live a life of love, harmony, and balance.
