NOTICE: IEDC Board to Hold Audit & Finance Committee Meeting
The audit and finance committee of the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) board of directors will hold a public meeting at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 9, at the IEDC (1 N. Capitol Ave., Suite 700) in Indianapolis.
The committee will also meet in executive session Friday at 10 a.m. at the IEDC for discussion of records classified as confidential by state or federal statute, Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(7).
The meeting will be held electronically in accordance with Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-3.6 and the IEDC's Electronic Meeting Policy. Members of the public or the media who wish to attend should do so in person at the IEDC.
