6th Grade Students and Families,
We are so excited for our upcoming trip to Fairview Lakes this Friday! Here are a few details:
1. All permission slips and payments must be in ASAP! If you need help with a scholarship let us know - email Kelly McGuire at kmcguire@lmc896.org
2. Arrive at 7:15am! The buses will leave promptly at 7:45am. We will return at 5:30pm (students will also be in touch as we are getting close to home.)
3. On the buses:
- If you have DVD that you'd like to bring - great! The buses have video players
- Cell phones and electronics are ok to use and bring on the bus! These must remain on the bus throughout the day while we engage in activities.
- Snacks are ok! Just make sure to clean up after yourself
- If your child gets motion sick, ask them to sit in the front of the bus. You also might consider giving them Dramamine or some other motion sickness medication.
4. If your child uses an epipen or asthma pump please be sure to send this with them on Friday.
5. Wear layers! Don't wear your favorite sneakers. Sweater and a top layer with long pants and a hat is a great place to start. The high at Fairview on Friday is expected to be around 45.
