Welcome to our November issue - I can hardly believe I am saying that! This year has gone super fast and 2018 will shortly be in the history books.
The good news is that you still have more than a month to finish things off, to review, to reflect and to get ready for 2019.
What have I been up to?
Well like buses everything seems to have come together at exactly the same time:
• We published the Creating Human Centred Organisations thought piece. It's a great insight on the views of Wellbeing of 500 HR leaders. You can download it here.

• We ran an amazing Wellbeing Conference– the first Wellbeing@Work conference in Sydney, plus the Wellbeing@Work quarterly meetup last week at the Scentre Group. I love it when an idea comes together!
• SumoSalad launched the Sumo Well range of nourish bowls and Salads into the supermarkets to help convenience-seekers not compromise on nutrition. This has been a long time in development, so very exciting to see actual products on shelves.
• I got to speak on the same stage as one of my early mentors and sources of inspiration, David Wolfe, at the Inner Origin Wellness Weekend. It was an awesome and surreal experience. I spoke about a topic that is beyond a passion for me: Fuelling Greatness Through the Power of Food.

Oh. And I moved home and office as well.
So, I’ve had plenty of opportunities to put my Raw Energy framework strategy and tools to the test - and the good news is, they work!
So whatever is happening in your life, make sure the foundations are in place and can support you. The journey of life will never be plain sailing, so use the Raw Energy framework to guide you and help you create your own personal wellbeing and resilience toolkit.
Above the line is positive energy that fuels greatness, below the line is negative stress that takes energy away and depletes you. The more elements in your life that are above the line, the more supported you will feel overall.

Time for Reflection

At this time of year, I encourage you to take some time to stop and reflect on the learnings from the year:
- What went well?
- What didn't go so well?
- What would you do differently if you did the whole year again?
