Wishing You and Your Families A Happy Thanksgiving!!

We have a lot to be thankful for, and on the top of that list are YOU our Capital Region community, who once again came out in great numbers and joined us at the 22nd Annual Capital Region Buddy Walk!!
Thank You!
We are also very thankful to all of our sponsors who donated and supported the Buddy Walk so generously!
And a big thank you to our committed, hard working Buddy Walk Committee members, without their help the Buddy Walk would not be the success it continues to be!
Please see below our upcoming meetings and programs. We hope to see many of you at these meetings.

DSAHRC Reading Tutorial Program - Winter Session

This program is funded by a very generous donation from the annual "Tearing Up the Turf with Timothy and his friends with Down Syndrome" Golf Tournament hosted by the Tanski and the Van Heusen Families.
A very BIG heartfelt Thank You to the Tanski and the Van Heusen Families for their tremendous generosity and continued support of our Reading Tutorial Program over the last 10 years!

DSAHRC's Reading Tutorial Program provides 1:1 reading instruction to students with Down syndrome ages 5 through adulthood.
The Reading Tutorial program has been a very effective program for students and individuals with Down syndrome in gaining the critical reading skills needed to access education and other needed resources in their lives.

The 2018-19 Winter tutorial sessions will begin the week of December 17, 2018 and will run through the week of February 18, 2019.
