Save the Date!
The Nonprofit Alliance and NonProfit Central will hold a "Meet The Media" session from 9:00am - 12:00pm, Thursday February 14th (Valentines Day!) at the Monroe County Public Library.  More information to come in our newsletter in January.  This is a great opportunity to connect with the local media and with each other!

Development Directors Networking Breakfast
This monthly meeting is for Development Directors or other staff whose primary role is fundraising.  Discussion topics are generated by the group.  To learn more and for upcoming dates, please contact Meagan Niese at meaganniese@cfbmc.org. You may also email Meagan to be added to the list serve and receive regular reminders.  Meeting times vary from month to month.

This monthly meeting is aimed towards those nonprofit staff members, paid and volunteer, for whom ‘community outreach’ is a primary job component. It’s an opportunity for colleagues to learn and share from one another’s expertise and experience in this particular area of nonprofit management. Discussion topics are generated from the group with participants volunteering to facilitate meetings. Free parking is available behind the Buskirk-Chumley Theater and a block away at the 4th Street and Walnut Street garages.  Breakfast is on your own.  

Bloomington Bicycle Club
The Bloomington Bicycle Club, Inc. (BBC) is pleased to announce it is now accepting proposals from nonprofit organizations and programs, schools, and other civic-minded organizations for grant-funding. The application deadline is February 28, 2019. For more information: Click Here!

MCUM is a dual-service agency that provides services to the low-income population with the goal of eliminating generational poverty in Monroe County. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who can build strong relationships and is looking to grow professionally in an agency with an 80-year history in Monroe County.
