Attached is a summary of bills that BOMA CAL felt were important and tracked and/or offered written opinions on to the sponsoring group. While there are over 2,500 bills proposed each year, these are those BOMA CAL felt were most important to the commercial real estate industry.
The second attachment is a code and compliance review. These are changes to regulations but not voted into law.
