Significant strides in AWS water stewardship have been made in Asia-Pacific in 2018. Please join us for a special end of year event on 21st November to celebrate these achievements.

Hear from the Renmark Irrigation Trust (RIT) and Ingham's that both achieved world-firsts for AWS certification this year; RIT being the first water supply scheme to be AWS certified, and Ingham's being the first AWS certified site in New Zealand.

Also celebrate with us the release of The Evolution of Water Stewardship: An Australian Perspective that tells the story of water stewardship from concept inception at the height of Australia's Millennium Drought to the global AWS system embraced by some of the world’s biggest companies. Hear from the publication's Author, Mark Forbes.

AWS Chair, Michael Spencer, will also update us on the latest developments and research in AWS water stewardship recently presented at the AWS 2018 Global Water Stewardship Forum.

Join us to learn more about water stewardship in Australia and our region if you are just getting started, and to network with other like minded organisations and stakeholders interested in responsible management of our most precious resource. Refreshments provided.

Annual General Meeting

Notices have been issued for the Water Stewardship Australia Limited, trading as Alliance for Water Stewardship (AWS) Asia-Pacific, Annual General Meeting (AGM) that will be held on 21 November at the Abbotsford Convent.

The meeting will precede The Evolution of Water Stewardship event above and start at 12:30pm. Members and prospective members are invited to join the Board for the AGM and lunch following the meeting.
