October 2018 Volunteer Newsletter
Como Park Falcon Heights Living at Home Block Nurse Program
Today is the day, Friends.  Please consider donating to us this holiday season.

Dear friends of our program, please support us this year for Give to the Max Day

Give to the Max Day is Minnesota's most organized day of giving for the past ten years. It is a way to directly ignite generosity and grow giving in our community.  It's also an easy way to donate to organizations you love and cherish. Please consider donating online and help us reach our goal of $5,000. https://www.givemn.org/organization/Comofalconbnp

Thank you for everything you do to make us a strong and vital organization. We couldn’t do this without your support!

The Living at Home Block Nurse model is a unique and effective model of care for senior's living in the home and community the love as they age. It is successful because of thoughtful, caring neighbors that come forward to volunteer and/or donate.
Our Mission: We are a non-profit serving neighbors aged 65 years and better, by organizing supportive services, respite for caregivers, and the compassion you, our volunteers.
