Thanks for joining us for this quick update!  John has been on the road quite a bit these last few weeks, from trips to John Garey Fitness & Pilates in Long Beach, CA, to teaching at the PMA Conference in Las Vegas, to his most recent trip to Buenos Aires to the at the Pilates Eminent Conference.

Teaching in Buenos Aires:
 
This was John's second time teaching in Argentina in as many years.  He was thrilled to be back again!  It was a packed 5 days of exploring Buenos Aires, teaching and spending time with his South American friends.

John Garey TV at Pilates Method Alliance Conference 2018:

The John Garey TV Team traveled to the desert city of Las Vegas for the PMA 2018 Conference.  JGTV had a booth in the expo hall and John taught a couple of Mat classes to over 100 participants!  It was great to meet our new subscribers and connect with our long term subscribers too.  Check out our short video of our PMA Conference experience here.  

New additions to our much requested 20 Minute Workout Series:

It can be challenging to find time for a workout in our busy lives. Our 20 Minute Workout Series is the perfect solution.  We're building a collection of 20 minute Reformer, Mat, and Fitness workouts for those who want to fit a workout into a busy day. We currently have 9 workouts and we're adding more videos to this series quickly, so stay tuned for more additions!
