A quick reminder about an opportunity coming up this weekend...I've been informed that their is still a need for people to help host a table at this Saturday morning's Mentor breakfast.

This weekend, November 16-18, Cru will be hosting it's annual Crossroads Conference for college juniors and seniors who are beginning to contemplate what life will be like after college.
This conference has been a key component for many students in listening to the Lord, determining their calling and beginning to gain a deeper understanding of what life and ministry will look like in the marketplace.
One of the elements of this weekend is a Mentor's breakfast that is held on Saturday morning, November 17.
Cru is looking for people to host a table and interact with students who join you at your table for breakfast.
The idea is to be a resource to this younger audience and give them a picture of what it's like to walk with Jesus and seek to impact others for Him while serving in the marketplace.
There is a cost associated with this opportunity. Hosts are asked to cover the cost for breakfast for 10 people (you, plus 9 students who will join you at your table).

We'd like to have an idea of who from our network may end up participating. We'd like to connect you all with each other to allow you to potentially coordinate car pooling or connecting at the event, etc.
Regardless of whether you can help, please be praying for this event and for those who will be in attendance. Some of our staff will be at the event connecting with students and providing information about our ministry to Young Professionals in Orange County and San Diego.
3rd Annual Christmas Party
Our 3rd annual Cru Orange County Christmas Party is tentatively scheduled for Sunday, December 16th.
This has been a fun event the last couple of years and we're excited for this year's event as well.
However, Jen and I are hoping to find a couple of people to help us plan and execute this event.
If you would be willing to help, OR just want to get more info on what helping would look like, please e-mail us back and let us know. We'd like to meet with all interested folks in the next couple of weeks to begin planning for the party!
