NISGUA's fall speaking tour "How to Stop a Dam with Indigenous Resistance" is currently making its way to the US-Mexico border to participate in the School of the Americas Watch Border Encuentro to dismantle border imperialism. If you can't join us in Ambos Nogales, please tune in to one of the final events on the tour, which will be streamed live tonight from Las Cruces, NM via our Facebook page.

Maya Mam environmental activist José Gómez of ACODET will join a panel discussion with Indigenous water protectors from 5:30-7:30 PM Mountain Time. He will be joined by:

• Edward Wmeytewa - Water Protector and Zuni Elder, NM
• Ben Shendo - Pueblo Camp Water Protector at Standing Rock, ND
• Kim Smith - Water Protector- Indigenous Goddess Gang, Navajo Nation
• Reyes DeVore - Water Protector- Pueblo Action Alliance, Albuquerque, NM
