You helped us to expand into our new 2,300 square feet DIY paradise at 89 State St. North Haven!
With every purchase, every hour of volunteered time, that box of materials or dollars donated, you have brought us to our new home. If you haven't been in yet, please stop in and say hello. We have expanded every department. We have a full 30' glass faced storefront for our consignment & thrift, parking galore, a dedicated workshop room and two ‘Crafteria’ maker space counters for DIY use ‘a la carte’. There is 900 square feet of warehouse for processing and storage complete with a garage bay door, now all on one floor. Gone are the days of scary basements with hobbit sized ceilings or the three flights up, open two days per month like our first location. We are steadily adding a regular rotation of classes and demonstrations. You can now use our tools in the Crafteria Maker Space for a suggested donation of $10/hour.
Store Hours: Thursday 12 – 8pm; Friday, Saturday and Sunday 12-6pm
Your support of Ecoworks Creative Reuse helps us to continue that growth in 2019 effecting positive social change in our communities.
- We save thousands of pounds of useful materials and teaching supplies from incineration, thereby reducing air pollution
- Provide a place for educators to realize how to incorporate conservation through waste reduction into their curriculum
- Continue to develop outreach programing that stimulates creativity for all
#GivingTuesday, a global day of giving, the Tuesday after Thanksgiving (November 27th), relies on peer to peer requests for support. If you are able, please consider gift of any amount that is significant for you. Come help out at an event, or spend an afternoon at the craft table, we enjoy your efforts and are ever grateful for your contributions.
