We talked about Dementia in an earlier newsletter and we ar egoing over agin some further actiosn that will head off reduc risk of this maladay.
Anyway looking around on the website of the author here are these simple actions for preventing - reducing Alzheimer's & dementia.
Zinc deficiency - daily sun exposure for 30 minutes either before 10 am or after 3 pm - extra folic acid - Mediterranean diet - Drinking fruit and vegetable juice regularly (more than 3X a week)
To really go deep then a hair tissue analysis would need to be carried out to see if there were any toxic accumulations of metals etc.
