Annual General Meeting

The District
7pm, Wednesday 21st November

Before I tell you all about our plans for Christmas, we have some business to take care of.  Each year we hold our annual general meeting at The District, and anyone is welcome to join us for the meeting, followed by dinner or a drink. We are meeting this Wednesday at 7pm.
This year we farewell our secretary who is leaving town, so we need a new one!  We meet about 6 times a year, so the time commitment isn't significant, and we can work around everyone's availability.  If you are interested in helping out the community association, please reply to this email and have a chat.
Next up, the Crace Christmas Carnival is just around the corner! We look forward to seeing you on Saturday 1st December from 4pm.  There will be fun and games, food, market stalls, community groups, live music, Mrs Santa, The Canberra Reptile Zoo, and more!  Grab some dinner and settle in for carols from 7:30pm until about 8:30pm (I couldn't fit the extra 30 minutes on the roadside signs!)
It's not too late (though it's cutting it close) if you want to be involved with a stall or a performance, please get in touch ASAP.

Hope to see some of you at The District, and the Rest of you over Christmas!
Kind regards,
David Pollard and the Crace Community Association
We couldn't to the things we do without the help of a few major sponsors.  Please support the businesses that support us!

Team Smith are a passionate, experienced and successful Real Estate team, but better than that, they share our vision for what community in Crace can be.
If you are looking for a real estate agent (though I can't imagine it would be to leave Crace), catch Team Smith at our events, or online.
IMB Community Foundation has awarded our association a grant to explore community owned solar powered assets. They are wonderful supporters of communities, and can support your family with their banking needs too.
We are so grateful to the ACT Government for their support. Recently, they have helped equip our volunteers with the first aid tools and skills to keep you safe at our events.
