Hello friends of innovation!

Robots come in all sort and shape these days and often their functionality and/or appearance is derived from nature. Biomimicry, as this is called, creates stunning examples of nifty engineering although not all devices mimic nature, sometimes nature is merely an inspiration for beautiful (or creepy) machines.

FlyCroTugs

FlyCroTugs stands for Flying miCro Tugging, meaning small drones that can lift or pull objects many times their own weight with the use of smart add-ons and technologies. This approach opens up a plethora of new opportunities, for instance, in dangerous environments. Or just for opening doors.
