Ingredients
1 bunch 10 leaves sweet collard sprouts, lightly torn
1 onion, chopped
2 gold butter poatoes, leave whole
2-3 cups pure water (or bone broth)
(optional: substitute root veggies, carrots, turnips, beets, sweets, broccoli, sweet peppers)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Topping
lemon pepper to taste
Mozzarella
We use our power cooker, highly recommend. Also slow cooker may be used but increase cooking time. Add ingredients.
Press start. Press stew. Cooks 30 min.
When serving, stir pot liqour 3 times gently. Do not mash potatoes, gently crumble. Top with sliced Mozzarella and lemon pepper.
