Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ:

We are sorry you were unable to be at the parish dinner this past Sunday evening. You were missed, and you missed a great evening of good food, fellowship and messages from our Senior Warden, Charlie Downing, and Fr. Mike. Take a look at the evening's photo album on Facebook. A highlight of the evening was watching our video entitled "If These Old Walls Could Speak"  This video tells the story of St. Philip's, our budget, our stewardship, and our living into the Gospel. Please take a few minutes to watch the video and prayerfully consider how you will help the walls of St. Philip's continue to speak through this next year.  

Thank you also for your commitment to and support of St. Philip's in 2018. We hope we can count on you again in the coming year as we continue to do the work God has given us to do. In that regard we are asking everyone to stretch a little further in their 2019 stewardship commitment.  

By now you should have received in the mail a packet from the church. If you have not received a packet, please call Julie in the church office, (830) 278-5223. The packet includes the following items: 

• Letter from Fr. Mike;
• 2019 Ministry Plan;
• Proposed 2019 Expenses;
• The Guide to Tithing and Percentage Giving; and 
• 2019 Pledge Card

Please offer your pledge card at either the 8:00 or 10:30 liturgy this Sunday, November 18th. If you will not be at church on Sunday, please return your pledge card to the church office by 12 noon this Friday, November 16, and we will make sure it is included in the offertory on Sunday.

Bring all that you are and all the you have;
come into God's courts with praise and thanksgiving.
