Let’s start with some new Product News . Although we have adjusted and improved our product lines on a regular bases over the years, we recently rearranged and renewed the manufacturing process of the blast pot’s pressure vessels completely. 

Among others this has resulted in greater stability, more compact construction sizes and unprecedented integration possibilities into frames, offshore skids and trailers. Thanks to innovative production- and welding methods these product improvements have (despite of constantly rising raw material- and labour costs) not led to higher prices.

So we are pleased to be able to stick the good old price labels on the new, improved Gritco blast pots! To me that sounds like good news to start with!

SPOTLIGHT ON NEW PRODUCT LINE

The new blast pots are worth to be seen! So we drove the first models straight from the assembly line in front of the camera of a professional photographer. The iPhone recording gives a  peek view of the Excellent series shoot (and me in full blasting suit). You can expect the new Gritco ‘family members’ images to appear on line - and new leaflets - soon.

NEW GRITCO BUILDING CONSTRUCTION COMMING OFF GROUND

Our future office doesn’t look like much yet, but the preparing earthwork is done. The more visible construction work will start in a few weeks from now. We expect to start furnishing our new office, warehouse, workshop and Experience Center at the end of June. After the summer of 2019 we hope to invite you for the official opening…. to be continued in future newsletters.

OPEN DAYS IN SPAIN

Actual dealer support is one of Gritco’s main marketing ingredients. In the light of this we participated extensively in our Spanish dealer MPA’s Open Days in Barcelona last month. Besides exhibiting and demonstrating our equipment we provided several workshops on blasting matters, either as such or in combination with Gritco equipment. This input proved to be of great interest to the visitors/end users, informing them about the latest developments in blasting know-how and equipment.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION
In order to find the best solution for (specific) blasting problems, we gladly cooperate with different (quality) business partners. The goal is realizing better functioning blasting halls, media or – robots. Within de last category we recently joined forces with ‘Magnetic Robot Crawler’ developer VertiDrive. This resulted in an adaptor through which blasting robots and all Gritco blast pots ‘cooperate’ smoothly as one - definitely watch the video.
