Family Promise
The holiday season is upon us and so is our next Family Promise host week. Our guests will arrive in time for dinner on November 25 and stay with us until Sunday morning, December 2. While planning your holiday menu and activities, consider making a meal, serving as a dinner/evening host, spending the night as an overnight host, or giving some time on Saturday during the day. Your meal or presence will brighten the life of families in difficult circumstances. Links to sign up online are below or you can call Sherrie or Prudy.
Please keep our guests and volunteers in your prayers.

Fill out the card and drop it in the offering plate of your respective worship service. Appalachian Winter Is Coming!
You are invited to join the CUMC Festival Chorale and Chamber Ensemble as they present Appalachian Winter, a Christmas musical, Sunday afternoon, December 2, 3:00pm in the Worship Center. The music celebrates the legacy of Early American carols and hymnody. Composed in the spirit of folk music, the musical combines traditional sounds with more rustic elements. Shaker and Appalachian melodies are woven together with wonderful texts that celebrate the Christmas and Advent seasons. Invite a friend or two and join us for an afternoon of joyful music!
