DAY OF PREPARATIONS:  
  • LATE SETUP OR EARLY BREAKDOWN WILL RESULT IN A $250 PENALTY
  • Be well rested, get some exercise and have a shower just before event.
  • Plan travel to arrive to venue early
  • There will be a Framed Certificate of Sponsorship with your company’s name on it, this indicates which table is yours. 
  • Do not switch tables, however, you are welcome to talk to event staff if there is an urgent reason you need your table switched.  This is only done in rare cases, so please make sure it is a necessity before asking.
  • An attendee list will be provided by NASNPRO 7-10 days after the event via email so you can focus on engaging with the attendees and introducing your brand.
  • Bring a calendar to set up appointments. 
  • Bring a watch or clock to know the time.
  • Present while standing; it is more powerful.
  • Provide NASNPRO with any digital tools 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT
  • Optional: You may want to bring snacks to boost your energy while the audience is listening to other presenters: fruit, raw vegetables, etc.
