Warwickshire Branch AGM and Autumn Meeting

On Saturday 1st December from 2pm, you are invited to our Branch AGM at Bourton, Draycote and Frankton Village Hall, Frankton Road, Bourton-on-Dunsmore, Warwickshire, CV23 9QT.

Our short AGM will include updates and reports on the work of the branch over the last 12 months followed by an update from Jim Asher, Chair of Butterfly Conservation.

We will then break for refreshments, tea, coffee and a selection of home made cakes and raffle.

We will then see a presentation on Managing RSPB Middleton for Butterflies by Katie Thorpe (RSPB) followed by a talk on The 'Hairs' of Otmoor by Fergus Mosely (RSPB).

The afternoon is a great opportunity to discover more about Warwickshire's butterflies and moths, find out how they have fared this year and learn more about the work of your local branch of Butterfly Conservation. This event is also an opportunity to meet like-minded people and have a chat with old and new faces. Everyone is welcome attend.

Tea and Cake will as always will be available. Donations of raffle prizes are always welcome.

Please arrive in plenty of time for a prompt start at 2pm.
