KICK OFF THE NEW YEAR as you mean to go on and join me for a great start to your 2019 fitness, health and wellbeing. You are guaranteed to come away feeling energised, relaxed, taller and stronger!

Timings:
8.30am - Arrive & Registration
8.45am 9.30am - Pilates: Back to Basics (new to Pilates and want to find out what it is all about then this is for you! Or if you are a regular Pilates person then lets re-visit the basics)
9.45am - 10.45am - Pilates Hiit Style (let's ramp it up a bit and get the heart working harder and the body feeling stronger)
10.30 -11.30am - Pilates Flow (Discover how Pilates can help with Menopause, Bone health and General Fitness and let Sara guide you through a Pilates routine suitable for all levels)

11.30-12noon - Pilates Stretch & Release - Let's finish the morning feeling fantastic with a great selection of stretches & fascia release (I will be introducing you to the 'magic' green ball for fascia release!) to keep you staying taller & stretched for longer!)

COST: BOOK BY 1st DECEMBER FOR THE EARLY BIRD OFFER OF £30 (After 1st December the price will increase to £45). PLUS! Free shoulder bag on the day!

OFFER 3 - PILATES & YOGA RETREAT, MALLORCA, 21st-24th March 2019

Myself, along with Hannah Epps (Farnham pilates) are organising this amazing retreat on the beautiful island of Mallorca. I have just a few spaces to fill!

It is in Cala d’Or Mallorca - 2 pilates teachers and 2 yoga teachers are going.

Arrive any time between Thursday to Sunday!

Packages:
Option 1: 3 nights (21-24 March) at £300 per person which includes accommodation, Hiit classes, daily Pilates and yoga, delicious breakfasts and lunches prepared by our private chef. Specialist diets catered for vegan option!
Option 2: Make your own accommodation arrangements then join the retreat before breakfast each day at £80 per person per day includes use of the Villa pool.

I run SJ Reflexology and am based in Liphook. I offer Reflexology treatments from my treatment room at home and am also able to offer mobile treatments in the local area.
