What is a Soap-box networking event?
It’s an informal, fun way of expanding your network.
Approximately ten people take turns in telling a brief story (maximum 2 minutes) about their experience in surviving, thriving or leading in NZ. This will be done standing on a box (hence the “soap-box” naming.) Afterwards, people choose to join one of the three groups (Survive, Thrive or Lead) for discussions, networking and capability building.
I don’t want to stand on a soap-box and talk. Can I still come?
Absolutely. Just listen to other people’s stories and join one of the groups for a chat.
How do I register?
Please follow the instructions below and register.
Look forward to seeing you on the 28th!

Please note: for those of you who wish to tell your story on a soap-box, please indicate your interest as well as a brief description of your story under one of the themes e.g. Surviving job interviews, Thriving as a first manager, Leading change, How diversity helped my career (Thrive or Lead), Entrepreneurship and leadership etc.
