Dec 17 Hearing Set for Lexus Lane Bill MC8-19

That's when the Montgomery County Delegation will hold a hearing on a bill that would prohibit Maryland from building "any toll road, toll highway or toll bridge" in Montgomery County without the county's authorization through local law.
The Lexus Lane bill, MC8-19, is on the hearing docket thanks to the efforts of Delegates Al Car, David Moon, Jheanelle Wilkins and Delegate-elects Lorig Charkoudian, Emily Shetty & Jared Solomon. (Thank you!)
