Christmas can be a difficult time for many. We should try to concentrate on what we have got and not on what we have not got.
Some have nothing. No home, no family, no food, no gifts, no money. Some live in fear or under a cloud of illness or depression. Some are missing loved ones.
Send out some universal love to them this Christmas we have a little spare. It won't put food in their belly's or a roof over their heads, money in their pockets or bring loved ones back but it may possibly bring them some kind of miracle. If you can spare the time help out in the refuges or fill a sock or box for charity do so or gift or slip a street dweller some change. But remain humble and grateful and celibate the festive season how you choose.
MERRY CHRISTMAS
