Classic Album Sundays
''Where only the music and you exist''
Harbeth is pleased to announce its partnership with 'Classic Album Sundays' - the world's most popular and respected album listening event.
What started as a small gathering of music-loving friends in London in 2010, and brought together by radio DJ Colleen Murphy has grown to become an expansive worldwide network of listening get-togethers. Classic Album Sundays goal is to allow people to create intimate listening events with a 'living room atmosphere' to enable communities of music lovers to fully appreciate a classic album in a engaging listening environment through quality hi-fi.
The next event will present - 'What's going on' - by Marvin Gaye. It will be hosted at No.7 Market Square, a Victorian micro-pub in Stafford, on Sunday 3rd November, from 16:00 - 20:00pm. Tickets are available to purchase in advance or on the day of the event.
Dean Meredith, event organiser commented: ''Classic Album Sundays is a great way to introduce non-audiophiles to the wonderful experience of sitting down and listening to music on high-end speakers. Harbeth loudspeakers are the perfect choice for us, to reproduce the music as close as possible to the artist's original intention.''

New York Audio Fest
USA distributor - Fidelis - demonstrated our Monitor 40.2 40th Anniversary at the New York Audio Show this month, with Stereophile commenting: ''What I heard today was something special. Today, I was sitting less than six feet from the big Harbeth 40.2s, and they were throwing a soundstage what went through the window and over Central Park. They were transparent beyond belief.
I came back for a second listen, and surprise, surprise: Walter had put the diminutive sealed-box P3ESRs (also 40th Anniversary Editions) on top of the 40.2s. He had them leaning slightly forward and Oh- when I say I am in love, you best believe I am in LUV.''

France distributor - High End Audio - demonstrated our Monitor 40.2 speakers to crowds at Paris Hi-fi Show, reporting ''The show was really successful. Harbeth was the centre of attention through-out, with everyone really loving the speakers.''

Hi-fi Studio
Finnish distributor - HifiStudio - announced Harbeth to Finland with a opening day launch at their Helsinki store. HifiStudio owner, Lauri Eskola commented ''We were truly honoured to have Harbeth designer, Alan Shaw, come to our release event. The day was hugely successfully, with a over 150 people attending, a new record for us. We are now ready to make Harbeth famous in Finland for their natural sound and music presentation. We have a great team here at HifiStudio and lots of interested customers so the future looks bright!''

Show us your Harbeths
We need you!
We are pleased to announce this month's 'Show us your Harbeths' feature. Harbeth owner, John Hendicott has recently started a small listening club with friends and family, commenting ''I've found that the most enjoyable part of owning these speakers is sharing them people. Often, they're never heard of music on a good sound system, so it's amazing to see their reactions as the music sings out.''
Our second feature includes, one of Hagto Audio's customers, receiving his new pair of P3ESR 40th Anniversary loudspeakers. Please keep them coming in and who knows your system could feature in our next newsletter.
