Extremely Textiles

Preview: Friday 30 November, 6-8pm -all welcome
‘Extremely Textiles’ showcases the wide range of styles and techniques produced by contemporary textile artists. Our artists have come from different backgrounds and journeys. From fashion to traditional floor looms, each bringing their own innovative and unique style.

The Black Swan Guild will be open for online submissions 30 November 2018 - 25 February 2019.
It's open to artists and craftspeople of all types. The first round of application will seek to find the foundation members of the Black Swan Guild.
Crowdfunding appeal
We have extended the deadline for donations to 30 January. Funds raised will go towards; exhibitions costs, marketing, building management & software.

We are recruiting for trustees with a range of skills to be passionate advocates for the Black Swan both in Frome and the wider world. This is a great opportunity to support your local arts centre. Application deadline 30 November.

Christmas Shopping Event
Open: Thurs 22 Nov, 3 - 7pm
Location: Black Swan Café & beyond
Come to our Christmas shopping event where local artists and makers are selling seasonal gifts and decorations. This event has been organised by our fabulous café team, so there will also be mulled wine, mince pies, and lots of Christmas treats as well as be face painting for kids.
The Studio Shops and Fosse Beads & Friends will also be open.
