Teacher / Staff Holiday Gift Card Program

Churchill PTA makes recognizing the amazing teachers and staff easy around the holidays with the Teacher/Staff Gift Card Program.  

Contributions from parents are combined for each teacher, and the teacher selects the gift cards of their choice, ensuring that the teacher can get exactly what she/he wants.

Participation in the program is OPTIONAL.  Parents who are interested may contribute via cash, check or credit card to any teacher or staff member on the school list.  PLEASE NOTE: PARENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONTRIBUTE ONLINE IF POSSIBLE.  Gifts must be in increments of $5 per recipient.   For example, you might choose to give $10 to the classroom teacher, and $5 to the teacher’s aide.  This is also a convenient way to recognize our “Specials” teachers, such as music, art, gym, library, and speech, or any of the administrative staff.   For more information, click here.

The Churchill PTA will total the amount that each teacher/ staff member receives.  On the last day of school before the winter break, teachers will each receive a card with the names of the participating students, the combined total they were given (the teachers receive 100%  of the collected funds), and a blank gift card order form, from which they can pick any gift card from a pre-selected list.  They each get to choose exactly the gift cards that they want! 

A paper order form will be coming home in backpack mail for those who prefer to contribute via check.

All orders are due by end of day on Friday, December 14, 2018.

You will need to know your student's 9-digit ID number when ordering.  You can find your students ID # in Skyward, by viewing their Student Profile and look for "Other ID"  If you receive an error message relating to an unrecognized ID #, please contact Kelly Hane (kelly@hane.com) and we will arrange to have the ID # loaded.

Programa de tarjetas de regalo de vacaciones para maestro / personal

El PTA de Churchill hace que sea fácil reconocer a los increíbles maestros y personal durante las vacaciones con el Programa de Tarjetas de Regalo para Maestros / Personal.

Las contribuciones de los padres se combinan para cada maestro y el maestro selecciona las tarjetas de regalo de su elección, asegurándose de que el maestro pueda obtener exactamente lo que quiere.

Necesitará saber el número de identificación de 9 dígitos de su estudiante al hacer el pedido. Puede encontrar el número de identificación de su estudiante en Skyward, al ver perfil de estudiante y buscar "Otra identificación". Si recibe un mensaje de error relacionado con un número de identificación no reconocido, comuníquese con Kelly Hane (kelly@hane.com) y nos pondremos deacuerdo para obtener el ID # correcto.
