People with disabilities make up a large group of consumers. Studies have shown that consumers value accessibility and are more inclined to spend their money at an accessible business. This month's topic, accessible customer service, will focus on the customer service standard, highlighting how to make businesses accessible to people who use service animals, and tips for accessible online customer service. A guest speaker from Cowbell Brewery will share their experiences in going above and beyond in making their brewery accessible to people with disabilities.
