New Programs

Cozy Corners (Tuesday and Thursday Mornings, 10-11:30 AM): It's cold out there. Come warm up with a hot beverage, chat with neighbours or do your own thing with a puzzle or art project. If you're needing some extra support, we'll have two trained volunteers ready to connect you with the services you need.

Chop 'N' Chat (Thursdays 3-6 PM): Learn to cook a variety of gourmet delights with our very own Chef Peter -- and feed a couple hundred folks in our neighbourhood while you're at it.

We love you, volunteers.

This fall, we hosted our annual volunteer appreciation event to thank the extraordinary volunteers running our Thrift Stores, kitchen, farms and more. It was a classy evening complete with wine, cheese, and the best company in town.

Get festive. We're hosting our first ever Gingerbread House Showdown.

Our friends at VanCity are challenging YOU to a Gingerbread House Showdown, a Gordon House benefit.

For a $250.00 donation you too can compete for the homemade trophy and title of West End Winner of Winter.

Our friend Frosty the Foreman will be flying in from the North Pole to judge contestants in three categories: Holiday Magic, Technical Difficulty, and Sugary Goodness.

Winners will be featured on our social media channels and announced LIVE to the public at our Merry Market & HoHoHoDown on December 20th.

Have you got what it takes?
