Nik Sharma is a chef and food writer - the man behind 'A Brown Table' and weekly food columnist for the San Francisco Chronicle. His debut cookbook "Season" features on just about every "best of 2018" list there is.

With our friend, author and restaurateur Sam Mannering, we are absolutely delighted to welcome Nik to New Zealand. Come and celebrate the end of 2018 in style with drinks on the lawn, a three-course dinner using recipes from 'Season', a Q&A with Sam & Nik, and book signing in the magnificent surrounds of Pah Homestead.

Nik Sharma grew up in India. He moved to the USA to take up a University Scholarship in Biochemistry, though his lifelong passion was food. While working as a Medical Researcher, and inspired by writers such as David Lebovitz and Deb Perelman of Smitten Kitchen he started his blog 'A Brown Table'. The rest as we say is history.....
