Happy holidays from oyster central!!!

So the oysters may have gone into their long winter slumber, but our halls our seriously decked and will continue to rock and roll this holiday season!!

Sharing the experience continues to be our guide and this past month has been filled with some great ones including an incredible New Growers Night with the Team Ferda Farms, Merritt Island and Love Point, the "jumbo oyster slurp" (say what...videos definitely included) and many more!

Diane Hudson's recent review in Portland Monthly perhaps sums up best the experience we continue to try and create with her kind words upon leaving our space, "We're grateful, satiated, and maybe just a little bit giddy."
