What better way to end the year than with your fellow LIHC members and the PHIP team! We are excited to share updates on our projects and plans for 2019! If you have not done so already, please register for the meeting via Eventbrite.

We encourage you to stay for the second half of the meeting where members will be given the opportunity to participate in a session of the LGBTQ Health Awareness Training presented by LGBTQ Consortium member Mila Madison, Director of The Transgender Resource Center of Long Island. The presentation will start at about 10:30 am and promptly end by 11:30 am.

About the Long Island Health Collaborative
The Long Island Health Collaborative is a partnership of Long Island’s hospitals, county health departments, physicians, health providers, community-based social associations, human service organizations, academic institutions, public libraries, health plans, local government, and the business sector, all engaged in improving the health of Long Islanders. The initiatives of the LIHC draw funding from the New York State Department of Health through the Population Health Improvement Program grant.
