The Long Island Health Collaborative Meeting is TOMORROW (12/13/18)!
What better way to end the year than with your fellow LIHC members and the PHIP team! We are excited to share updates on our projects and plans for 2019! If you have not done so already, please register for the meeting via Eventbrite.

For your review, please find linked: We encourage you to stay for the second half of the meeting where members will be given the opportunity to participate in a session of the LGBTQ Health Awareness Training presented by LGBTQ Consortium member Mila Madison, Director of The Transgender Resource Center of Long Island. The presentation will start at about 10:30 am and promptly end by 11:30 am.
