Free shipping and 20% off Discount

Wondering what to get for your favorite design geek? Design Mindset CARDS, of course! Right now you can get FREE shipping and 20% off with promo code HOLIDAY2018 at checkout.

And speaking of cards: Are you experiencing a nagging feeling that things aren’t quite right? Now express your angst with Kafkards -- playing cards featuring a classic photo of everyone's favorite existentialist, Franz Kafka, along with the phrase, “This is not normal.” All proceeds help support InGlobal’s service to the education community. (Thanks, Michael!)

New in Design Stories

Our latest two installments in our ongoing Design Stories series come from terrific visual artists who are growing their work in different ways. In The Numbers Story, Cydney Camp from Design Core Detroit asks herself, “How can I put a value on your own creative work in a way that helps me be more productive?” In Draw Together, members of the Visual Arts Collective, a community hub for creative teens based at the Neutral Zone in Ann Arbor, talk about the difference between talent and creativity, becoming part of an art collective, and the magic of grocery bags. Read more to learn about their epiphanies and insights!

Do you have a story about a time when you learned something important about design? Let us know!

The morning will feature a keynote by bestselling author, University of Texas – Austin professor, and NPR podcast host Art Markman, and we’ll be leading a “Designing for Playful Learning” workshop in the afternoon. See more information and register.
