Holiday Gift Card Fundraiser

As the holiday season begins, Highline is launching our annual gift card fundraiser. For each gift card sold, Highline will receive a percentage of the sales - and at no additional cost to you. All gift card order forms MUST be returned to the front office by Friday, December 7th to ensure delivery before Winter Break. Here is the order form.

In addition, the Highline PWP is organizing a holiday teacher and staff gift card purchasing program. This program is completely OPTIONAL. Here is the order form for the teacher gift card program. The deadline to turn this order form has been extended to Friday, December 14th.

Please see this letter for more information about both gift card programs. If you have any questions, please reach out to Abbie Wessel at abbiewessel@gmail.com. Thank you for your generosity and we wish all of our families a safe and happy holiday season!

Colorado Gives Day Thanks

We came together - Highline staff, parents and community members - to help make Colorado Gives Day a success. Thank you for reaching out to your circles and being an ambassador of Highline - we could not have done it without you! Thank you for your support to help sustain our unique program and mission.

The 7th and 3rd grade classes have chosen to adopt St. Jude Children's Hospital for this winter season's charity drive. St. Jude provides free medical care as well as free travel, room and board for families of children who are suffering from cancer. In addition, they share their research with hospitals across the country to benefit children everywhere. To support St. Jude in continuing their work, we will be sponsoring a Superhero Shirt day on Friday December 14, 2018. Students will be able to wear their favorite Superhero t-shirt or sweatshirt and school appropriate bottoms of their choice for a minimum donation of $1(students and families are welcome to donate more if they choose.). Don't have a Superhero t-shirt? No worries, you can still participate! Homeroom teachers will have Superhero stickers that can be placed on a plain t-shirt. Let's all be Superheros for St. Jude!

Please contact
Ms. Dillard, Ms. Silvers, Ms. Neuhart, or Ms. Liess with any questions. As always, if you choose not to participate, please have your student wear their uniform or REACH shirt and uniform bottoms.

Fall Running Fundraiser - Feedback Survey

For the past three years, Run4Fund$ has helped Highline raise money but retains a portion of funds raised. Next year, the PWP would like to put on their own running event so the school receives 100% of the funds raised by the students. But in order to make this event a success, we will need to come together as a community.  Please take a few minutes to respond to this questionnaire:  https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/B98BMH6 . Your input will help turn this 'idea' into a reality.
