Happy Holy~Days
Love your Friends & Family at Source Studio

Often the best moments of our lives
arise within the pause
between our endless hurrying.
Slow down.
Enjoy your coffee for-here.
Eat sitting down.
Don’t text and walk or drive.
Just text fully.
Communicate fully.
Eat fully.
Be fully.
Live fully.
Love fully.
Feel fully.
Presence is just one pause away.
Multitasking takes us away from the magic of this moment.
Breathe.
Smile.
Cry.
Connect.
It’s never too late to fall in love with your life.

Live in Peace,

ENERGY HEALING Session(s)

Health comes from the Greek root meaning “to make whole”. The word yoga derives from the Sanskrit word meaning “to bring together”. The inspiration behind what I offer is to help all of us to “make whole” or “bring together” organically, holistically, gently, safely, lovingly, as well as effectively.

I was a fervent student at Source over five years ago. After a year of consistent practice of yoga, I started missing dancing. Dance has always been my passion, but after I’d broken my sacrum, I was told by my physical therapist that I could no longer dance ballet. So I thought ballroom would be a good substitute. But my chronic pain got much worse after doing ballroom. I had to stop dancing all together. The pain woke me up every night and I couldn’t even lift my leg out of the bed in the morning. I got very depressed. But depression led me to soul searching. To make the long story short, I went to India twice for yoga programs where I was first trained for healing, I completed a year long course focused on emotional healing, and I’m currently in a 3-year Energy Healing course. We are doing practicums now. I am offering free one-hour sessions till the end of this year.

The Energy Healing I offer employs heightened healing energy that goes straight to the very heart of your challengeswhether they be rooted in your emotional, mental, spiritual or physical well-being! Healing on all levels of your entire Being is integrated to “make whole” or “bring together”. I recently realized that in addition to the techniques I’ve learned in this three year course, I’ve also intuitively incorporated what I trained and developed in India, as well as the insights I’ve discovered from my own journey of healing. I’ve openly and lovingly shared my heart and soul with everyone I’ve worked with and will do so with everyone I’ll be working with in the future. I will be honored to be part of your journey to “make whole”.

This very gentle yet powerful process does not require any belief system or experience in yoga—only the experience of what is already present within you.

You will lie face-up, fully clothed.
You will be held in the space of Love, Safety, Respect and Honor.

Thank you & with Love,
Donna

Fridays at 1:15pm & 2:30pm

You are invited this Saturday December 1, at 11:30am
to be part of a collective healing group for Mohara and Zarah Devi.

Let us gather and put our energy together to create a sacred space, hold these two in miracle consciousness, let all the light, wisdom and grace be bestowed around these brilliant goddesses.
Sat Sang will lead us in meditation, Nathalie will play Tibetan singing bowls and Marlene on gong.
If you are unable to make it please at some point in your day, give these two a moment of your time and hold them high in your thoughts and prayers, layering them with positivity, love, light, strength and total healing.
Any donations will be greatly appreciated and collected at the mediation, others wanting to donate can mail it, come by, drop it at your next class, or connect with the Source Studio website: http://sourceyogaca.com/donate/
Thank you all for your love it means the world to Mohara knowing how many hearts support her and Zarah.

We finally get to give back to our Amazing Yogini, who has supported us all at one time, pulled us out of the depths of our gloom, stretched our bodies beyond our own belief, shined the light on us from her own heart, and always seems to say the right thing at just the right time, making you think she held class just for you.❤️
Cost: Love donation

What is Pranakriya Yoga?

Mondays at 6:30pm

Pranakriya Yoga comes from a deep tradition steeped in using our practice for healing and transformation. In this class, Nathan will be teaching energizing breath work, warm-ups and a posture sequence at aconsistent pace. If we can act as a witness in a state of high-energy we can begin to shift and grow. Join Nathan for a yoga class that will challenge you where you are, surprise you and shine light on what is real and true. This class is appropriate for all levels but we encourage students to take care of themselves and take front brakes when needed.
