Dear Pilgrim Family:

Plus you'll visit Machu Picchu! and several other amazing sites of the Inca Empire! Tour the beautiful city of Lima, Capital of Peru, beautifully situated overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and learn about the origins of our Faith in South America. Here you will visit the final resting places of two major Saints of the Church, St. Rose of Lima, the first Saint of the American Continents and St. Martin de Porres, the first African-American Saint of the Americas. Travel back in time to Cusco and witness the beauty of the early Church though the unique architecture found in this historical colonial city and its surrounding areas! While in Peru, our group will have an opportunity to visit a local parish as well as an orphanage. This Catholic Pilgrimage departs Chicago via Houston, on April 6th and returns on April 15th, 2019. A staple of Drew's pilgrimages is to pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet at the local Shrine of Divine Mercy, in Lima! International airfare, as well as airfare within Peru, train tickets, ground transportation, deluxe hotels and most meals, are all included! And your Mater Dei staff will be there to help you have a terrific pilgrimage!
