Super Sunday

The Men's Club Tree Lot has been open for business for a week now, but the festivities really get going this Sunday. Join us for a hot bowl of booya and a special treat baked by the ladies of the NCCW, and don't forget to bring some food items and other needs for the Reverse Food Truck.

  • 9am-7pm: Tree Lot open
  • 10am-2pm: NCCW Bake Sale
  • 10:30am: Men's Club Booya
  • 12-2pm: Reverse Food Truck

St. Andrew

Today we celebrate the feast of St. Andrew, who was called by Jesus along with his brother Simon Peter to become "fishers of men." Andrew was named one of the Twelve Apostles and was later martyred on an x-shaped cross (pictured above left).
Almighty God, as the blessed Apostle Andrew was for your Church a preacher and pastor, so he may be for us a constant intercessor before you. Amen!

Advent

This weekend, Ordinary Time ends and the season of Advent begins. It is the beautiful task of Advent to prepare our hearts for Jesus' birth, and prepare to joyfully and fully welcome him into lives. Father Patrick offers his reflections as well as an invitation to prayer and reflection.

First Sunday of Advent

In the first reading from the prophet Jeremiah, God declares that he will honor his promise to raise up a Messiah, from the house of Jesse. In St. Paul's letter to the Thessalonians, he tells Christians to "be blameless in holiness" (1 Thess 3:13), while Jesus warns, in Luke's Gospel, to "be vigilant at all times" and prepared for his second coming (Lk 21:36).

30th Anniversary

Our parish church building was consecrated on December 4, 1988, which makes Tuesday the 30th anniversary of the dedication of the church! Please join us for Mass on this feast day for our parish, or even for a simple visit.
