We're into the final sprint of 2018 and this is the time of year when it can be the most difficult to keep balanced, fit and healthy. I encourage all of my clients to enjoy the holiday season. Spend time with family and friends and indulge in the holiday treats that bring you joy. But don't let a full blown rumschpringe blow all you've accomplished this year. To invigorate your commitment to your health, consider getting into the pool and working on your flip turns, trying my new pumpkin spice apple protein muffins or taking my free 8-week 10k training program.
