Here in Central New York we are usually blessed with an abundance of rain. I know some folks complain about too many cloudy days but being able to count on sufficient water to keep the pastures growing results in fast growing fat beef cows.
Once in a blue moon we get a dry summer and that's what this year was. No big deal but we had to wait for the lush fall pastures to really put the fat on the beefers. So that is why the beef was not ready earlier.
Bulk Beef Orders
If you ordered quarter or half cow, or any of the bundles we will have it ready for you to pickup tomorrow Dec. 3 between 1 and 5pm.
If Monday does not work let me know and we can reschedule for another day. My on farm Freezer space is limited so if you can not make please let me know.
